Please join us for a day with Dr. Nida Chenagtsang as He offers the root empowerment for the Yuthok Nyingthig as well as the transmission of the profound Yuthok Nyingthig ngondro/preliminary practices, the tshog/ganachakra practice, and a short Mahakala Shanglon Protector practice. Dr. Nida will offer advice on doing the Yuthok ngondro and other aspects of this rare and powerful practice cycle.
The Yuthok Nyingthig is a complete cycle of terma teachings from ngondro to Dzogchen specifically designed for medical practitioners and healers. It is meant to be accomplished in a series of short retreats as opposed to the more common Tibetan Buddhist practice of a single three-year retreat. Thus it is especially appropriate for laypeople. Through its practice, one can accomplish one's own spiritual development as well as gain the ability to heal others and to bless medicines.
